How to file a claim
If a shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:
- Review & fill the claim form (for your reference)
Open the Insurance Claim Form and complete the fields so you have all the info ready (shipment ID, tracking, item list, values, description, etc.). You don’t need to send this form to us; keep it as a checklist for the details we’ll ask for. - Contact Forwardme Support
Reach out to us at [email protected] (or via the Contact page) and include your shipment details. Our team will guide you through the next steps and tell you exactly what to provide. - Include plenty of photos
Attach clear, well-lit photos showing the outer box, inner packaging, contents, and any visible damage; also include proof of purchase (invoice/receipt). This speeds up review. - We review and update you
After you contact Support with the details and evidence, we’ll review your case and follow up if anything else is needed. Outcomes depend on the policy terms.
