What are the maximum weight and dimensions of each carrier?

Each courier has parcel size and weight limits. For example, UPS allows up to 150 lb and FedEx up to 108″ length. Learn the common thresholds here.

Below are example limits for some major carriers. These are guidelines — your shipment route, service type, or special handling may impose stricter limits.

FedEx (International & Express services)

Up to 150 lb per package for many international and express services

- Maximum length: 108″ (≈ 274 cm) (FedEx) - Maximum length + girth: 130″ (≈ 330 cm) (FedEx)

DHL Express

Up to 70 kg per parcel in many cases

- Example piece limits: 120 cm × 80 cm × 80 cm (for many parcels) (DHL Express) - For palletized / heavy shipments, much larger totals may apply (e.g. total shipment up to 3,000 kg)
