Yes — Forwardme accepts repacking requests. If your items arrive in oversized or inefficient packaging, you may ask us to repackage them more neatly before forwarding.
You need to actively request repacking — it won’t be done by default.

How to Request Repacking in Your Account
To request repacking in Forwardme, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Forwardme account.
- Navigate to your Inbox.
- Click the “Create Request” button to start your request.
- Select the package you want to repack.
- Confirm your request.
Once confirmed, Forwardme will handle repacking as per your instruction before shipping.
What If You Don’t Request It?
- The package stays in its original retailer packaging
- The size and shape won’t be optimized — possibly leading to higher shipping costs
- The condition remains exactly as sent, without any changes
