No — Forwardme does not allow customers to provide their own prepaid shipping labels for forwarding. All forwarding must be arranged and processed via Forwardme’s internal shipping and logistics systems.

Why you can’t supply your own label

  • Coordination and liability: Using Forwardme’s own carrier labels ensures consistent tracking, handling, and accountability from warehouse to delivery.
  • Customs and documentation: Forwardme manages export/import documentation, and introducing an external label complicates or breaks that workflow.
  • Logistics integration: Forwardme’s warehouse operations and systems are set up to work with partner carriers under its label agreements, so external labels would bypass critical steps or cause mismatches.
