Can I use a shipping method that is not listed in your calculator?

If the shipping method you want isn’t in our calculator list, you can’t directly select it — but you may contact Support to request a custom option.

The shipping options that appear in Forwardme’s calculator are those we support directly (via our carrier integrations). If a particular courier or service method is not listed, it typically means:

  • We currently do not have a partnership or rate agreement with that courier for your destination,
  • The method is incompatible with our warehouse / export logistics,
  • Or it’s not available for your specific destination / parcel type.

So you usually cannot choose an unlisted shipping method directly from the interface.
