Local Pickup Service: For an additional fee of $15 per package, you can opt for the local pickup service. This allows you to collect your package in person instead of having it shipped to your designated address. Choose the 'Local Pickup' option when selecting your desired shipping method to access this service.
Payment and Package Retrieval: To initiate the local pickup service, a payment of $15 is required. Upon successful payment, you or the authorized person can retrieve the package by presenting a valid photo ID.
Please note that the person authorized to pick up the package must be specified in your account, or you have to inform the customer support team prior to the pickup.
Hours for Local Pickup: Local pickup is available during the following hours at our warehouses:
- Delaware Warehouse: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM EST
