If you want Forwardme to purchase products for you from U.S. retailers (when the store doesn’t ship internationally or accept your payment), follow these steps to set up a Personal Shopper request:
- Log in to your Forwardme account
Access your dashboard using your credentials. - Go to your Inbox (or the Personal Shopper section)
This is where you’ll find the option to submit a new request. - Click the “Create Request” button
This starts the process of submitting your shopping list to our team. - Add your item details
For each product you want: - Provide the retailer name and product URL
- Specify size, color, quantity, or any variation options
- If needed, add special instructions or preferences
- Review and confirm your request
Check that all information is accurate, then submit the request. Our Personal Shopper team will review it, place the orders on your behalf, and notify you of the status.
After your items arrive at our U.S. warehouse, they’ll be processed just like a normal package (you’ll choose forwarding, consolidation, duties, etc.).
